We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible, but actual colors, appearance, and coating may vary slightly due to lighting, preparation, and supplier updates.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

4. Shipping and Processing

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Orders may not be canceled once they have been prepared or shipped.

6. Ingredients and Allergen Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient and allergen information before purchasing.

Our chamoy candy products may include ingredients such as gummy candy, sugar, chili peppers, guajillo chili powder, sea salt, iodized salt, citric acid, dehydrated lime juice, dehydrated fruit, water, vinegar (acetic acid), xanthan gum, carrot powder, artificial flavor, artificial colors, FD&C Red No. 40, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, sodium erythorbate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulfite, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, and soy flour.

Contains: All gummy varieties contain gelatin except Gushers.

Allergen Notice: Some ingredients may contain soy, wheat (gluten), and sulfites.

Ingredients may vary slightly depending on supplier updates.

7. Food Safety and Consumption

Our products are intended for normal personal consumption only. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing all product details, ingredients, and allergen information before consuming.
